Rental notes.
Weeks are Saturday to Saturday but in low season we may be able to be flexable and start the day you would like also if you wish to stay for a long weekend or a mid week break we may be able to help . Longer lets are available in winter and spring with prices negotiable. For mid week,weedend,Chistmas and Easter breacks please contact us for prices.
Departure time is 10.00am, arrival time no earlier than 4.00pm unless prior arrangement.
There is a 25% deposit to be paid on booking, ( none refundable) and the remainder to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
All the Cottages are NO SMOKING also pets are not alowed
